When i was thinking up logo ideas for the jappanese travel agency one of the first few things i began to lean towards was nature and cranes. Being that you have to travel by air to japan. As well as cranes are represented in many of the old world ink paintings. I love the look and grace of there lines and thought that what better way to represent an evolving interesting culture then with this particular bird. To make the design more modernized i want to use paper cranes in vivid colors and strong lines.
