The use of blue as well as the abstract heart that ties everything together nicely framing up the image of the smiling doctors. 

This has an interesting flow the star burst coming off the images though a creative idea seems to take away from them at the same time. Perhaps its just an example and could become quite effective. 

These are some examples of business flyers that i found while looking for ideas on how to set up my own. The landscape flyer though it has an interesting line i feel does not make as strong or professional impression.
